What is Samsung Canada’s Price Matching Policy?
The Samsung Price Matching Policy applies to Samsung-branded Digital Appliance, Mobile and Home Electronics products listed for sale on samsung.com/ca. The Price Matching Policy does not apply to any accessories or peripheral products listed for sale on the samsung.com/ca website.
If before your purchase of an eligible product on samsung.com/ca, or within 15 days of delivery of your order following your purchase on samsung.com/ca, you find a lower price advertised online at one of our authorized Canadian Samsung Retail Partners, Samsung will match such lower price, and refund you the difference using the same tender with which you paid for your original purchase (“Price Matching”).
You will be asked to provide the retailer’s online link (URL) for verification purposes. Once you have provided the retailer’s online link (URL), Samsung will confirm whether the advertised product and price meet the criteria for Price Matching as set out in the Price Matching Policy.
Samsung only allows each individual order to be price matched once, regardless of how many individual products are included in that order.
The Price Matching Policy applies only to reasonable quantities of product to be used for personal use, not commercial use.
The Samsung Price Match Policy does not apply to accessories or peripheral products that are listed for sale on samsung.com/ca.
The Price Matching Policy is not applicable to any add-on and/or related services such as delivery, haul away, protection plans, white glove service or extended warranty plans or offers (the “Services”). Any additional charges or other fees for products or services must be clearly outlined in the retailer’s online link (URL) you have provided for verification purposes and these Services will not be price-matched.
The Price Matching Policy is not applicable to discounts offered for bundling a device with a service plan as offered by a service provider. This includes discounts made available through mobile service plans, delayed payment plans, rent-to-own plans or leasing a product.
The Price Matching Policy does not apply to warranty replacements, new sales covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty or life-time warranty replacements.
The Price Matching Policy does not apply to as-is items, limited quantity items, discontinued or exclusive items, rewards or points programs, commercial and/or builder contract pricing, bid pricing, membership, group or club pricing, pricing from online auctions, bid or retailer aggregator sites, pricing not otherwise generally available to the public or any products sold by a non-authorized Canadian Samsung Retail Partner.

Samsung Electronics Canada Inc. (“Samsung”) is committed to providing an amazing customer experience. If before your purchase of an eligible product on samsung.com/ca, or within 15 days of delivery of your order following your purchase on samsung.com/ca, you find a lower price advertised online at one of our authorized Canadian Samsung Retail Partners, Samsung will match such lower price, and refund you the difference using the same tender with which you paid for your original purchase (“Price Matching”). You will be asked to provide the retailer’s online link (URL) for verification purposes. Once you have provided the retailer's online link (URL), Samsung will confirm whether the advertised product and price meet the criteria for Price Matching set out below.
1. Qualifying Products:
• If you are making a claim for Price Matching a product, (the “Price Matched Product”) then the Price Matched Product must:
o Be a genuine Samsung branded product;
o Have the exact same model number as the product you had already purchased on samsung.com/ca;
o Be available at the website of an authorized Canadian Samsung Retail Partner; and
o Be new (no open box, refurbished or used products).
• The Price Matched Product must be in-stock on both the authorized Canadian Samsung Retail Partner website and samsung.com/ca website.
• The Price Matched Product must be locally available to deliver to your location.
• The Price Matched Product must be priced in Canadian Dollars, and must be sold in Canada.
• Samsung only allows each individual order to be price matched once, regardless of how many individual products are included in that order.
• The Price Matching Policy applies only to reasonable quantities of product to be used for personal use, not commercial use.
2. Exclusions:
• This Price Matching Policy is not applicable to any add-on and/or related services such as delivery, haul away, protection plans, white glove service or extended warranty plans or offers (the “Services”). Any additional charges or other fees for products or services must be clearly outlined in the retailer’s online link (URL) you have provided for verification purposes and these Services will not be price matched.
• This Price Matching Policy is not applicable to bundled pricing or “buy more, save more” offers.
• This Price Matching Policy is not applicable to discounts offered for bundling a device with a service plan as offered by a service provider. This includes discounts made available through mobile service plans, delayed payment plans, rent-to-own plans or leasing a product.
• If the Price Matched Product’s price is lower due to an advertising error, misprint, or Special Sale Price (as defined below), it will not be price matched.
o Special Sale Prices include: Black Friday sales, Friends and Family discounted pricing, Members Only Pricing, Cyber Monday sales , Boxing Day/Week sales, Mother’s Day or Father’s Day Sales, Christmas or Holiday sales and special event pricing, pre-orders, student or education pricing or special offers, restricted offers, mail order offers, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances, demos, financing offers, and trade-in offers.
• This Price Matching Policy does not apply to warranty replacements, new sales covered by a manufacturer’s limited warranty or life-time warranty replacements.
• This Price Matching Policy does not apply to as-is items, limited quantity items, discontinued or exclusive items, rewards or points programs, commercial and/or builder contract pricing, bid pricing, membership, group or club pricing, pricing from online auctions, bid or retailer aggregator sites, pricing not otherwise generally available to the public or any products sold by a non-authorized Canadian Samsung Retail Partner.
• Samsung reserves the right to reject Price Matching of products that are counterfeit or sold in other jurisdictions.
